Found a Broken Product Route or a Content Error?

Product-Link Report

Include:

• page where you found the link;
• product title shown on the page;
• destination URL;
• what you expected;
• what opened instead;
• screenshot when it clarifies the mismatch.

A report saying “link broken” is less useful than “this shoe card now opens a different product.”

Category Correction

Include the current category and the category you think fits better. Explain the product type, not only the brand name.

Guide Correction

Quote the sentence or heading and state what changed. For time-sensitive information such as shipping rules, include the current platform/help reference when available.

Interface Problem

For mobile/search/language/header problems, include:

• device type;
• browser;
• page URL;
• what you tapped;
• what happened;
• screenshot if useful.
